We want peace individually and in our world, but the only way we can
bring it about is for each of us to practice peace everyday in every moment as best we can. This song helps me to remember, though I fail
a thousand times. It's meant to be sung over and over so that we can
integrate it into our daily lives as an affirmation. It works as a two part round if you have others to sing it with.
